I'm BACK....

I have decided to try and blog again. Hopefully I will be more sucessful this time. Samantha and Audrey do so much it's hard to keep up. This is a fun family picture we took with one of my Daddys cars in Novbember 2011. Wish me luck!

Potty Time...

I'm so proud of Samantha!! Her 3rd day into wearing big girl panties and she went a whole day without an accidents. She got a "special treat" at bed time.



She woke up the next morning saying she needed another special treat!! lol

Happy 4th of July

We were so excited to see the "pow pow's" in the sky! We went to a fireworks show in Wellborn that was amazing! Samantha said she wanted to see purple in the sky, and after she saw her purple one she was all done! I think she was a little scared by how loud they were and it was late, but we made it through.

Summer Fun!

Samantha has had so much fun this summer. She loves the pool! She even jumps off the rocks! She tells me.. "Mommy let go, I swim!" We went to the Zoo where Samantha found Nemo! We have also planted a tomato plant which Samantha calls her garden.

Wow... A LOT has happen!

A lot has happen since October! lol It's all Facebook's fault! We had a blessed Christmas, Happy Valentine's Day and exciting St. Patty's Day. Samantha is now 2 years old. She talks in sentences, sings songs and is a bit bossy! I wonder where she got that? LOL I'm so proud of all her accomplishments over the last few months. She has even started using the big girl potty!! YEA!!

Snow White

Samantha dressed up as Snow White this year. We had a rough start, but after she found out people were going to give her candy she came around. She would tell Chad and I "CANDYYYYYYY.... More More CANDYYYYYY"

Picking Pumpkins

Momma, and Auntie K took Holden and I to farm patch to pick out a pumpkin. I picked my very own little pumpkin. Momma picked one out for her and daddy to put on the front porch. She even tried to put my sweet little pumpkin out there, but I brought it back inside so I can look at it all the time.

Gatti Town

My First trip to Gatti Town! Momma and Daddy took me to this place that has the best Jello and salad bar in town. I wasn't to crazy about their pizza but the diced ham on the salad bar was awesome!! Daddy and I played games.... well he played and I watched. I was just happy there wasn't a big Rat at this place... he is scary!

There was a break in the rain on Sunday so we made a break for the park to feed the ducks. Samantha had a great time. I think she was in aw of them, therefore did not want to look at the camera!

Learning new things!!

I'm such a big girl... I can drink Capri Sun! Of course Momma buys the flavor water kind... she thinks she is fooling me but I'm on to her!

I can toot my own horn now!! I love to chase Maddie around the yard blowing on my whistle! I think Maddie likes it too becuase she runs and jumps aorund! :~)

Samantha's trip to Austin

This is Samantha playing with Daddy in her hospital bed with PaPa Asher looking on! Yes, I said hospital! Samantha had three seizures on Tuesday 8/18/09. She was transported by ambulance to Dell Children's hospital in Austin were they could watch her more closely and run test. I have to say it was the scariest two days of my life, but God was there with us the whole way, and we are all doing great now.
Samantha was pointing to PaPa's eye's! This was Wednesday after waking up from her EEG. She was finally starting to wake up from all the medicine they had given her and was so happy to see everyone. She kept asking for Maddie (our dog) it was so cute she would say "adddddddddddieeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" and cup her hand with her fingers moving back and forth.

















We got to come home Thursday evening and have been great since then. Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers! God is so Good!

A new hair-do and a new bed!

Just call me Pebbles!! Momma was so excited that she could finally get my hair in a ponytail she had to take a picture. Momma says "aww how cute" Daddy says "don't do that to her!"

Check out my new bed!!! My cousin Hailey got a new bed, and was so sweet to give me her toddler bed. I call it my "big girl" bed. Momma is not lettting me sleep in it just yet, but she put it in my room so I can get used to it. I love to climb on it and play with my books and babies.

Splash Splash

YEA....... Samantha loved the splash pad at the park by our house. She has discovered that she really loves water, but I was not sure about the splash pad because she still doesn't like it in her face. She did way better then I thought. Her and Holden had a blast. She kept walking around laughing and clapping.. it was cute! I guess I need to accept the fact that she is growing up and let her explore more things. We will be going back soon.

Watermelon Princess

Samantha loved her new Watermelon dress, she is clapping because I told her she was a pretty girl. Please don't be concerned but yes she is standing on her dresser.. I had one hand out just in case. I had to get a picture of the matching shoes..... hahaha

Toys and Tummy

We finally let Samantha start playing with her toy box for fear that she would smash her fingers. Still looking for hydraulic henge's if anyone knows where to find some. My grandfather made this hope chest for me when I was younger and it's so awesome to see Samantha getting to use it as a toy box. She is becoming a good "helper" and will pick up a few toys when asked. She has also been learning her body parts. She knows her head, eyes, nose, ears, mouth, toes, and now tummy.

Happy 4th of July! We had a great weekend, we played a lot in the back yard and then we went to a pool party. Samantha didn't get to see fireworks this year but we will for sure next year.

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to My Daddy!

I have the best daddy in the whole world... he does all kinds of cool stuff with me. He tickles me and chases me around the house saying he is going to get me... I love that! He helps my Momma around the house washing my clothes and all my cups. He reads me books at night before I go to sleep, and we even have a special day every week. Monday's my daddy is off work and he hangs out with me all day! Momma says I'm really a lucky girl.
